Use HTTP & AES when standard MQTT traffic is blocked
Use these steps only when the Touch shows an active Wi-Fi connection and the latest measurement in AirTeq.eu is more than five minutes old.
1. Open Settings on the Touch.
2. Go to the second settings page and open the lock.
3. Enter code 3036 and tap the lock.
4. Enable HTTP & AES and tap Next.
Wait up to five minutes and refresh AirTeq.eu. If no new data appears, send the Touch ID, location and time of the latest measurement to
support@airteq.eu.
