AirTeq | Netatmo Pro Sensor: Steps when the sensor is not giving data

How to tell that the sensor is no longer giving data:
1. In the app: you see no data and get the following message. 

2. On the online platform, you will see a red text at the last measurement.



Step-by-step plan to solve this:

Cause 1: Is the sensor connected to the power outlet? If not, plug the adapter into the power outlet. The indoor module should light up blue.
Was the sensor already plugged in? Unplug the adapter and plug it back in. The indoor module should light up blue.




Cause 2: Is the sensor in range of the wifi network? It could be that the module is too far away from the wifi router. It is also possible that the signal is being disrupted by large obstacles such as a concrete wall. Move the indoor module closer to the wifi router. 



Cause 3: Has the network password changed?  When the password is changed, the network data of the sensor no longer matches the network data of the router. 
You can then use the app to easily configure the wifi. Please refer to the manual of AirTeq Pro Sensor - Configure Wifi.



Cause 4: Is there network access? Is your network connection from the router active. Check if your phone/tablet has internet with the same network.  



Cause 5: The sensor has been off for a long period of time. Has the sensor been unplugged from power for a long period of time? Then it is possible that the WiFi memory has been erased. The WiFi must be reconfigured. See the manual: AirTeq Pro Sensor - Wifi Configuration.
